The Sun — without Allah's guiding light, we find ourselves blinded in the darkness of ignorance and arrogance. Our mission is to make a Visual Encyclopedia of Islamic teachings by translating verbal and scriptural guidance into meaningful, symbolic and interactive forms of visual storytelling. Therefore, we aspire to create a collection of Islamic educational art and revive traditional craftsmanship and wisdom towards enlightenment.

The Moon — symbolizing the soul, is in a constant cycle between void and fulfillment. Our art exposes the transformative nature of spiritual growth, through motifs, symbolism and diagrams. We aim to visually inspire introspection, self-reflection and the various stages and emotions experienced in the pursuit of inner peace and enlightenment. Pulling from Allah’s Divine Quran, ahadith and Prophetic lessons, we believe that by depicting the soul's journey, we can inspire one another to embark on our paths of self-discovery and unity towards reaching nafs-ul-mutmainnah (a calm and peaceful soul, figuratively - a full moon) for the sake of Allah (swt).

The Earth — with its bountiful beauty and diverse vibrant colours, serves as a precedent for our illustrations. Allah’s vivid creations in nature, and sacred geometry influence our artwork, as we incorporate its intricacy, and vibrancy into our designs. By doing so, we aim to foster a deep emotive connection between individuals and the natural world, reminding them of Allah's omnipotence and creations that embody beauty, colours, patterns, ornamentation, repetition, craftsmanship, and biomorphic geometry.

The Sea — known for its vastness, depth, and ability to cleanse, and purify. Through our art, we hope to provoke a similar sense of reflection, tranquillity, contemplation, humility, and self-purification, in relation to Allah (swt), enabling individuals to find serenity in their daily lives through Islamic visual reminders. Through reflection, we hope to enable individuals to form a connection with Allah (swt) deeper than the sea itself.
