Refunds & Exchanges

We do not currently take refunds or exchanges, however we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Cancellations

Cancellation of an order is accepted if all the following conditions below are met:

• Cancellation is requested within the first 24 hours of ordering.
• The item has not been dispatched.
• It is a physical product.
• It is not a digital download product.

Instructions after placing a Digital Download order:

• Check your email that you provided us with. We will first send you a draft of the design for your approval.
• Please let us know of any edits when you receive your preview.
• Once approved we will email you the final High-resolution PDF or PNG file.
